On Saturday, Sep.23rd, our FSA students and families participated in Rivers Alive -part of the Keep Roswell Beautiful program, held at Riverside Park in Roswell. River pollution is a big crisis and together we need to take the effort of not dumping waste, yard clippings, and other trash in the drains. The FSA volunteers were able to mark 96 drains and educate nearly 410 families in the Roswell City neighborhood about avoiding the possible damages. The highlight of the event was our Kindergartener Lyla I., receiving an award for the “Youngest Volunteer of the day” from the City of Roswell. FSA would like to congratulate each and everyone of you who volunteered on that day! Go Mustangs!
